Lemon Herb Dipping Sauce

We made crab cakes for dinner the other night, but this time we wanted to make our own sauce. After scouring for recipes, Michael's mom gave us her Lemon Herb Dipping Sauce recipe. This sauce paired perfectly with the crab cakes. 



Ingredients
1/2 Cup Mayo
21/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon parsley
1 Tablespoon fresh thyme
1 scallion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


In a small bowl, add the Mayo.



Squeeze lemons for 2 1/2 Tablespoons of lemon juice


Add the lemon juice,


the parsley,


the thyme,


the chopped Scallion,


and the salt and pepper.


Thoroughly mix ingredients and the sauce is ready to top your favorite fish dish!
