Unfortunately, our current schedules make it very difficult to cook dinner together. However, tonight we were able to squeeze in an hour or so for a nice, home-cooked meal. We decided some pasta with turkey sausage would make for a tasty and easy dinner. While we boiled water and cooked the noodles, we sautéed some onions and garlic. Then, we added the sausage to the sauté, until it was nice and brown. Finally, we added some tomato and basil sauce and let it simmer. It was very simple dinner that really hit the spot.
