If you've already made the caramel corn recipe this takes about two minutes and is yummy!
Ingredients
16 cups of caramel corn
3 cups of mini marshmallows
3 cups of Golden Grahams
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
If you've just used the caramel corn recipe you should already have the caramel corn laid out and cooled on two pieces of parchment paper.
Spread the marshmallows around. Note - next time I may try to melt the marshmallows before adding the other ingredients to make everything stick together a little bit better.
Spread the Golden Grahams around.
Melt the chocolate chips (I just used the microwave) and drizzle the chocolate on top of everything.
Let the chocolate cool and harden (in the fridge if you have room for it) and then enjoy!
